Goaf inertisation with inert gas is used worldwide to control gradual or spontaneous heatings in underground coal mines.

We specialise in providing a quick response, turn-key, manned service whereby we deliver Nitrogen at the flow and pressure required by our clients Ventilation and Mine Specialists.

As every sites’ needs are different, we have a substantial range of equipment with the capacity to deliver high volume, pressure and purity Nitrogen. Our nitrogen membrane units produce nitrogen up to 99% purity from the atmosphere or we are also able to generate high purity, high pressure and high flow Nitrogen from Liquid Nitrogen.

Inertisation Services for Operations

Longwall goaf inertisation has been carried out on a regular basis in some Australian and Overseas mines to reduce the potential risk of heating during the panel sealing-off period.

We can deliver a turn-key, manned or unmanned service whereby we deliver Nitrogen at the flow and pressure required by our clients Ventilation and Mine Specialists.

As every sites’ needs are different, we have a substantial range of equipment to deliver the required volume, pressure and purity of Nitrogen. These membrane packages can be provided in either electric or diesel configuration or we are also able to generate high flow, purity and pressure Nitrogen from Liquid Nitrogen.

For smaller inerting operations we can supply one of our compact Nitrogen generating packages. It can be easily moved around site and operate in either an unmanned or manned mode.
